Refund policy
Orders placed between January 25th and February 20th are final and cannot be cancelled once submitted.
During this period, our store will continue accepting orders, however order processing and shipping will resume after February 20th due to a temporary operational pause. All orders placed during this timeframe are automatically queued and will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
By completing a purchase during this period, customers acknowledge and agree to the extended processing timeframe and the no-cancellation policy for orders placed between January 25th and February 20th.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We work quickly to prepare and ship your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us through the Contact page within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
After 12 hours, changes or cancellations may not be possible if your order has already entered processing or shipping.
If your order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours after bank processing.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This helps avoid delays and ensures faster delivery of your replacement.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
